Shipping, Return & Refund Policy


Shipping

All orders placed on Urban Minimals are dispatched within a few hours of confirmation. Once shipped, deliveries across India typically take 1–5 days, depending on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products only

  • A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to COD orders and must be paid in advance at checkout

Orders placed without the applicable prepaid COD charge will not be processed. COD charges are not refundable.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are eligible only if the product is:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags intact

  • Free from damage, stains, or odour

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at team@urbanminimals.co within the return window.

Return shipping

  • A flat ₹100 return shipping charge applies

  • This amount will be deducted from the refundable value of the order


Refunds

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Refunds are initiated after successful return approval

  • The ₹100 return shipping charge will be deducted before refund

  • Remaining eligible amount will be credited back to the original payment source

Please allow standard banking timelines for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
